First, wash and clean the chicken wings, then put the wings, crushed ginger, garlic, salt, red pepper and yogurt in a pan and mix well.

After 10 to 15 minutes, cook over medium heat.

Put half a cup of cooking oil in a frying pan and fry till golden then add finely chopped onion and lightly fry till it adds half a spice of chicken wings.

Cook over low heat until onions and wings are melted, add chopped tomatoes, roasted coriander, cumin and large green chilies and put on the tail over low heat.

Finally add cooking oil and fry till the oil separates.
